It seems to me from over three years with this company that their store employees are nothing but pawns that can be switched out if they won't bend over backwards and take whatever the higher ups throw at them. The staff discount is okay, nothing to get particularly excited about. I only received one pay rise and it was very small. I also had numerous issues with communication, and upper management making promises they had no intention of fulfilling.

I feel that I worked very hard for this company and received little to no recognition or even praise from anyone other than the managers in store that I worked with who were not being paid much more than me. Cons Either very very long and tiring or incredibly short and unsatisfying hours, work follows you home out of the store, upper management are not in touch with store employees, pays poorly, pay rises are unlikely and very small, irregular rostering often at very late notice, unprofessional lack of communication.
